Sparmax FlyerX: The Single-Action Airbrush Reinvented
Several years ago, the Taiwanese compressor and airbrush manufacturer Sparmax introduced the Sparmax Flyer, a new type of single-action airbrush. It was a huge sales success, especially in Japan. The new “FlyerX” is an optimized version designed primarily to appeal to new areas of application and target audiences: On the one hand, it’s designed for users who are new to airbrushing but don’t want to paint complex designs. On the other hand, it’s aimed at artists and hobbyists who want to easily create color gradients and work with stencils. It doesn’t matter whether you want to embellish textiles or incorporate typographic effects into your canvas artwork. Other applications include model building, 3D printing, DIY object design, face painting, cosplay, cake decorating, and airbrush tattoos. AIRBRUSH STEP BY STEP tested the new Flyer X.
