Info channel and carpooling and accommodation exchange for International Airbrush Days participants
Do you have questions about the event or are you looking for a carpool to Hamburg? Or is a single room too expensive for you and you would like to share a room or AirBNB? Maybe you can find private accommodation with a participant from Hamburg... We are setting up a WhatsApp group exclusively for registered participants to provide you with information and connect you with any enquiries and interests. After purchasing your ticket, simply send us a WhatsApp message with the keyword "IAD2026" to +49 (0)151 61105440 so that we can add you to the group.
Tools and materials at the International Airbrush Days
The main sponsors of the event, Iwata, Harder & Steenbeck, Sparmax, Createx and Schmincke, are providing airbrush equipment, compressors and paints for the workshops and demonstrations. The respective brands for the workshop will be selected depending on the artist and workshop. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Nevertheless, please take advantage of this unique opportunity to try out the products provided! Surfaces and other materials will be provided by the organiser.
However, we would like to ask you to bring the following basic materials with you if possible:
- Pencil (HB)
- Eraser pencil
- Eraser
- Electric eraser
- Scalpel with replacement blades
- Fine brushes (0-000)
- CleanPot and holder, if necessary
- Coloured pencils and felt-tip pens for mixed media techniques, if desired
Work will be carried out on flat tables during the workshops. A limited number of table easels are available. Participants are welcome to bring their own table easels or drawing boards.
Food at the International Airbrush Days
If you want to be creative, you also need to eat and drink. The International Airbrush Days will take care of that.
Water, tea and coffee will be available free of charge throughout the day on all three days. Additional drinks will be available at cost price during the lunch and evening breaks and at the Anniversary Party.
On Friday, there will be a complimentary dinner as part of the Anniversary Party.
During the lunch and evening breaks on Saturday and Sunday, small snacks and sweets can be purchased on site.
Cancellation policy and costs
Until February 28, 2026: 50% of the course price
From March 1, 2026: 100% of the course price
No cancellation fees if a replacement participant is found
We recommend taking out event/seminar cancellation insurance in your country.
