Airbrush mixing technique

Dutch artist Marissa Oosterlee is known for her extremely photorealistic portraits. Even fantastical scenes appear tangibly real. Real and fantasy blur, always integrated with the beauties of nature. In her Fantasy Portrait Workshop, Marissa works with her students to create a portrait using airbrush mixing techniques. In addition to the airbrush, a variety of pens, brushes, tools and effect colors up to gold leaf are used. In addition to the painting process, Marissa will also explain her approach to ideation, subject development and composition.
