Setup will take place on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

 Setup involves not only setting up your own booth, but you should also help set up the fences if you’re able to arrive early.  

On Saturday and Sunday, the exhibition is open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

 On Saturday evening, there is always a group dinner (at your own expense). You will receive more detailed information about this well in advance of the event. 

On Sunday starting at 6 p.m., everyone will work together to dismantle their own booths and then the perimeter fences.
