Conditions of subscription

1. Confirmation and first delivery

The customer is provided with a written subscription order confirmation within a few days after his order. By ordering online, the subscription starts with the next issue which follows the date of the order, as far as the customer has not given any other advice. Backdated subscriptions are not possible.

2. Obligation of payment and delivery

The magazine will be dispatched the earliest possible. In case of delivery interruption for reasons vis major including strike and lockout, legal regulations are valid. The customer is then exempt from the obligation of payment and so is the company from obligation of delivery.

3. Time of payment

Subscription fees are due to payment in advance for one year at the beginning of each subscription period. In case of periodical (automatically renewed) subscriptions, the customer will be invoiced annually.

4. Increase in price

If the company announces an increase in price, there will be no additional charge for the current subscription period. The increase will only be valid for the customer for the following period. For a current period, the original price is valid. An increase in price does not offer the right of extraordinary dismissal.

5. Payment and default of payment for subscriptions

For payment and default of payment, the General terms and conditions § 4+5 apply. The company is also allowed to stop delivery after announcement until complete payment.

6. Shipping address

The company has to be informed immediately about changes in shipping address by e-mail, fax or letter. Chaging shipping information in the shop user account is not sufficient. The company is not liable for issues, which disappear because of incomplete or incorrect address information.

7. Subscription period and cancellation

The subscription period and the conditions of cancellation depend on the sort of subscription and can be found in the product description of the subscription order page. All conditions are also confirmed in written form with the order confirmation. Cancellation has to be told in written form by post, e-mail or fax.
